Fitness Diary Week One

Oooh Lord!!

I got into it with heart and confidence i could do it until i got to the plank position *cue aching muscles*

I hate it. Really i do.

But i love it too, because it presents a challenge that is to be conquered.

I love it too because i feel the effects soon after the session đŸ™‚

I also love and hate the lunge, for the same reason.

So far i am only doing the sun salutations, i will graduate to more on week 3.

In the meantime, deep breaths..
