Week Two

This week is all about running.

I have engaged the help of my neighbour’s 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter.

We do a bit of running and a lot of laughing.

Laughter is good belly exercise right?

Fun times ahead i tell ya.

Already i can see a difference in some clothes that were a tight fit (more on the tight) are now looser. Yay for me!!

Ps enlisting the help of a child does wonders for your psyche and overall wellbeing.
