So i went on my first run.
It was exhilarating! And i was so proud of myself.
However, as the afternoon progressed, i began to feel some pain in my shins. This is just upsetting.
However, as i said, i am interchanging it with yoga and some crossfit.
I also found out that today is #nationalrunningday.
To all of you who managed to do your runs, push just a little bit harder for me.
Remember the pain of today is the strength of tomorrow.
