Hello hello dear reader,
Last i was here i told you that i had registered for the Totalfit challenge by Mr Shut Up and Train.
I was doing well up until day 17 or so…then i fell off the proverbial wagon. I don’t know what happened (actually i do, a long unplanned weekend with friends…sigh) and somehow it has now been a week and a half since i have done any kind of workout 😦
It is not that the workouts are boring it is just that maybe i may need to skip the next workouts. I may be getting too used to having them come by every so often and i may need to skip them so as to get my discipline and motivation back on track.
I hope you’re doing better than i am.
